Since you are already doint this course online let us go into this part of your environment, your technical devices. For some of you some things here might actually not apply so please, just jump to the next action. This part is all about creating an environment in which you can focus better. This means less is more.

Let´s start out with the one thing that you everywhere around you, Smartphones.

Our smartphones are a huge advantage and can immensly be used as a tool to get you further. But they can also consume a lot of your valuable time and energy.

Action 5.1 Apps


a) Take out your phone and look at all your Apps. Is there any App that you did not use for the last 3 Months?

- No

- Yes (delete it and if you should actually ever need it again you can just reinstall it, but in 99% you wont miss it)


b) Now look at the rest of your Apps write down those to which one of the following point does not apply:

- They are absolutely mandatory and very usefull for you

- They bring you a tremendous amount of feeling happy and being fullfilled when you use them

- They are valueable for reaching one of your goals

Write them down here:






Now look at these apps and think of your R.O.I (return on investment). This is a strategy that you can apply to almost every aspect of your life. How much does it cost you and how much do you get back from it on the long term.

Think about your goal, how BIG is your why? How much do you want it?...

c) Now it´s time to delete them. Having focus is one of the most important things to get you to your breakthrough. Delete all the apps that are just there and distract you. Especially the social media apps make a big diffrence here, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger.

Although messengers are a really helpfull tool, they are one of the major things why people struggle to keep their focus. No wonder, how could you if every few minutes there is coming a new message.

For the phone the easiest and quickest way to reduce your social media time is to delete the App. If you can´t delete it then you could hide the app so that you have to click a few times until you reach it.


For the computer and or laptop the we recommend a “NewsFeedEradicator”. This will block the Newsfeed from for example “Facebook” and will only display it when you deactive the extension in your webbrowser.


We recommend that you take the Mastering of your environment even further. Next could be Organising your stuff, Cleaning your house or Laptop and so on. Get rid or put things that are negative far away and make the stuff that is positive viewable and easy accessible. Just Focus on creating an environment that is as positive and supporting to whatever you want in your life, as possible.

Optional Action

Take this even further, identify more things of your environment that are not in a way that is most supportive and uplifting for you. Do you spend time with anything you don´t actually like to spend time on? If yes how can you change your environment so it is easyier to not spend time on this.

This whole part basically boils down to making it easyer to do and achieve stuff. Just like you wouldn´t go out with you friends to a all you can eat dinner while you are fasting for the first time. Unless you really want a challenge, this just doesn´t make sense. So create yourself an environment that makes it easy and maybe even fun to achieve your breakthrough.

Action 3.2

Write down up to 10 persons to whom one or more of the following points apply:


  • This person encourages you in doing something new with positivity or actual help threw conversation or resources.

  • This person is someone that you have interesting and deep conversations with that have helped you or still do to think differently and come up with new ideas

  • This person is overall very positive and gives you more positivity then they judge or criticise you

  • After you meet this person you feel great and recharged

  • This person brings you Happiness and Joy into your life






Action 3.2

Just by doing this exercise you will already focus more on these people instead of the people that bring a lot of doubt, criticism and negativity into your life. To make it actionable we want you to write down one thing that you can do, for each of the persons to deepen the relationship with them and spend more time. This can be as easy as: Call Marie on Sunday.





Obviously this need some continuation and you should continue this to see bigger changes. You will be amazed by how much this can already change your life and get you to a breakthrough.
